The Winnington Road project within the Hampstead Garden Suburb area included an alteration, extension, and refurbishment to a three storey building. Temporary support was provided to the existing structure in order to demolish part of the existing building and a construct a new basement using piles and RC structure. The new basement included a swimming pool, lounge with a built in bar and gym area. The rest of the 10000 square foot home consisted of five bedrooms with the master bedroom showcasing a beautiful his & hers en-suite with large dressing room.
